Discoteca Amore came about as a collaboration between Italian artist, researcher, and community builder Federica Notari, and fellow artist Elena Genesio. The curatorial platform was a natural continuation of their longstanding friendship and collaboration. Since 2019 they have organized their sweaty, seductive club nights at Het Magazijn and our basement. And now, they’re set to return for the second season of Scenius.
